Whatever 20ft container or 40ft container, both of them are limited 28tons.
1> 20ft container, because of volum limited, the 20ft container could load around 27-28 tons with 5.7m length with full container.
2> 40ft container, because of weight limited, the 40ft container could load around 27-28 tons with 11.83m length, but the volum is half container.
